The last time I went there in January, the 3rd floor has got a few units empty only, and if I don't remember wrongly, they are separate units.Originally posted by iveco:The 3rd floor of Ginza Plaza has an empty space that has been vacant for ages. The NLB could have taken it over if it wanted. But this is off topic, though. How about we adjourn to MTYC to crap about the future CLECL?
Frankly, I applaud the changes to my beloved town centre and bus interchange. But I doubt I'd get to enjoy the benefits.
I'm referring to the abandoned food court. It has been lying vacant for some years already.Originally posted by tranquilice:The last time I went there in January, the 3rd floor has got a few units empty only, and if I don't remember wrongly, they are separate units.![]()
Long-distance drivers won't be pleased. Svc 14 especially.Originally posted by slwsglz:ginza plaza is low density area.if u put library in ginza plaza.what it will be happen?it will never happen.who expect all clementi residents to travel from clementi interchange to ginza plaza.very troublesome.better to be in clementi.cos there is new development there rite.i hope that NLB will decide to put clementi like jurong east.
but as for temp int,i am not sure whether it can cope with alot of buses parking during peak hours.i think that trunk services ending at clementi temp int will hav to continue to go back to the next trip.
i am also former clementi resident.i have good memories there too since i was young.
the temp interchange is bigger than the current one. there's definitely space for parking.Originally posted by slwsglz:but as for temp int,i am not sure whether it can cope with alot of buses parking during peak hours.i think that trunk services ending at clementi temp int will hav to continue to go back to the next trip.
