They thought SJE will follow.... And thought SBS normally adjust bus fares like abt 20% -
strange.. as CW1 also goes to kranji, then passengers who take CW1 wont get the 25 cent rebate if they take CW1, and service 170 frequency is also better, so how come CW1 loads are always like 80% most of the time?Originally posted by sbst275:

Only reason why bus can be full is because at the Checkpoint, they only leave when bus is full... -
So you may end up waiting 10 mins at JB and 10 mins to WDL to get the bus moving...
When dun know how many SBS buses have passed by during normal traffic conditions -
Just seen a few "cats" waiting for CW1 at Checkpoint today, most people go for 160/170 and 950.

What to do... Even 950, they now on weekend have to wait for 5 mins to get bus full to leave checkpoint... But it is normal, all along for 950 is like this... Did CW1 really raised its fare? Saw the signboard at the bus stop opposite Kranji MRT and it is still showing S$1.30 to Larkin. Not sure whether they have updated the signboard or not...
