From personal experience, even two photographers standing side by side shooting the same bus at the same time would never land up with exactly the same picture, even if both photographers are using exactly the same equipment. This is because each has his own preference, in terms of compositon and post-processing. This is the beauty of art, and photography is a visual art in itself.
Also, please note that this forum has zero tolerance of copyright infringement, if not what happens is your post gets deleted immediately. It is also not correct to post cos ur friend got it as he himself did not get permission from the photographer for the use of his pix. Thus, it is considered as unauthorised use of a photograph.
Maybe you can try to apply for some world records, heard they have a office in Singapore for being the best guy who can lie through even a wall. -

5454: A lot of contributors here are members of the Singapore Buses Yahoo group. The photo could be any one of theirs. Did you ask your friend to speak to the photographer so that you could use it? I understand it is not used for profit-making, but it is still some form of plagiarism. If you have been to Sith Academy, its main mod is in hot soup for lifting recipes out of some cookery webpage.

Why don't you just graciously admit you mistake if you had indeed made one. You didn't even apologise. What you are doing is try to sweep the whole matter under the carpet and bury it.
