Transitlink Guide 2005 - A reply from Transitlink

Sent a email to Transitlink over the weekend concerning the 2005 edition of the Transitlink Guide.

Below is their reply:-

Dear Mr X,

Thank you for your interest in our TransitLink Guide 2005.

The TransitLink Guide is tentatively scheduled to go on sale in the third quarter of the year. More information will be available nearer the launch date.

In the meantime, you may like to call our Hotline at 1800-CALL ONE (1800-2255 663) which operates daily from 8am to 6pm except public holidays or visit our website at www.transitlink.com.sg for information on ez-link cards and public transport.

We look forward to your continued support

Looks like we will have to wait for a long while for the 2005 edition to be published.

imo, i think it is a bit redundant to launch the guide for 2005 towards the end of 2005. i wonder wat are they thinking. perhaps they could launch a 2006 guide in december tis yr instead.

Why this year edition so late.? Are there many updates ...?
Or could they be changing the format/layout/features of the guide, and hence need a longer time ?
