Last Friday night after the treat with my classmates I went back using 67 and what I got from that 67 bus (refer to the daily rides thread please) were 851s (3 copies left) and I picked two away, not the 67s which I had expected for.
And that yesterday at TAM there were, alongside the abovementioned "My mum's cuisine" recipe leaflets, there were big bunches of svc 18, 19, 10e regs, 10e promos, 65, 65M, 23 all these, when not one of SMRT 67 and 969 could be found.
Also yesterday when I rode in the svc 69 Volvo Olympian, no guides could be found on that bus.
So currently the range of guides available in TAM is quite small though, and please do not ever expect for SMRT svc guides in TAM. -

For TIBS 161 & SBS 168, you can get at Hougang Central & Bedok respectively. SMRT Svc 851 also at Bt Merah Int & Yishun Int. SMRT Svc 182, 950, 951 & 952 at Marsiling Ter.
For Svc 851 svc guides, I know that it is at Yishun Int that has plenty of copies. If I have luck, Svc 167 can be found on buses or at Sembawang Rd End Ter.
BTW last SUN night at about 2100 I went down to HG and none of 161 guides could be found.
Also is there existence of svc 951 and 952, and is 182 a SMRT svc? I suspected there were mistakes though. -

Just now went to SBST 28 October Citybuzz press release:

According to the press release, there would be another version of Citybuzz brouchure available for grabs onboard Citybuzz buses and Singapore Visitor Centres!!!
So maybe tomorrow after I have my dim sum lunch with my family I would take svc C3 from Allson Hotel and grab for the guides, then head for Suntec!!! -
Service 59 Route guide is out on buses. Can get them easily on Volvo MK II buses and can find some intro guides on some buses like 1721 Y and 1725 L.

Svc 17 guides might be in PSR Int, didn't visit there. Today, I visit TAM Int, no more 65M guides available, I thought is Svc 37 guides, not Svc 17 guides @ TAM Int. BTW, did CityBuzz Guide place the word 'No boarding & alighting at Marina Centre Ter' or 'This bus will terminate at Marina Ctr Ter after stopping at Pan Pacific Hotel (Raffles Blvd)'?
Nobody knows that CityBuzz buses terminate at Marina Ctr Ter but the guide did say loop at Raffles Blvd. -

i thought they go on and on round after round non-stop.. still, if it dont terminates, then its more accessible and more convenient..

Click here for the stops of the respective routes (notice that Marina Ctr Ter is not included).
Last bus will end at The Oriental Singapore.
They do go round & round just like sv36 and yes, u can stay on & sleep. -

Then at the terminal proper, the driver informed the only three passengers (including myself) onboard that:
" Change drivers, please wait for two minutes."
And so we all stayed onboard for about 4 minutes then another driver came, with the door closed and ezlink readers set to "out of service".
Only after the bus started moving again did the ezlink readers being reset with frequent beeps.
I then changed to MRT heading to Hougang and Bishan at City Hall MRT station. -

But not the Singapore Visitor Centre or the hotel's toruism attraction racks.
Also there were many new Citybuzz guides found in the NEL<--->NSL linkway at Dhoby Ghaut station.
(I did not expect such things to occur!) -
Summary of new guides discovered yesterday.
In the sequence of my trip.
1) At Bedok Interchange, new guides on 14, 30 (cutoff 30 August 2005) and 30e (cutoff 3 October 2005) were available.
However when I returned to Bedok interchange after midnight the 14 and 30 guides ran out. (I do not know how is the situation for 30e guides.)
2) Citybuzz guides (28 October press release version as abovementioned) were found on Citybuzz buses and Dhoby Ghaut MRT station NEL and NSL connecting linkway.
3) In Hougang Central Interchange, not only 89e promos were found, but there were also new 132 and 147 guides (cut off 30 August 2005)
4) In Bishan there were 59 and 52 guides available, but there were no guides found on the rack near the boarding berth.
5) As mentioned, 59 regs and promos were found mostly onboard the Mark IIs
6) Apart from 26, 90, 143, 157 guides (cutoff before July 1 2005 fare increase) there were "Road Courtesy Pass It On" guide found on the racks of Toa Payoh Interchange. By then it was 11-sonething pm.
