How come they nv put sv 400 guides on the bus?

i seem to noticed that, Sembawang guides, ie. 167 859 980 981, the back of the guide, the last/1st train information, is CHUA CHU KANG, and not SEMBAWANG

Toa Payoh: Rack at MRT exit: stacks and stacks of 157 guides.
Toa Payoh: Rack at svc 238 berth: 157 and 26 cokes.
Bedok: 196e promo (behind them are 196e cokes), 14e promo, 14, 30, 14e, SBST Lucky draw. -
