Agree. Some bus drivers and trains operators are afraid of cold and the aircon feels more like heater. Did we get our rebates for boarding those ovens? By the way, can someone powerful with English write a complain letter to complains against oven buses and trains? We can all use the same standard format and send a registered mail to the CEOs of the 2 companies, asking for rebates whenever we boarded those ovens (remember to ask them to pay for the registered mails too). This will give them some meaningful work to do. -
Tell Saw Phaik Hwa to improve the services, she is also answerable for the citizens of Singapore as a second larger tranport operators.
For instances i have also encountered the malfunctioning of air con in the buses and complained. And only said they will step up the checking on the mentioned route. Worst still. we are not entitled for refund on the malfunctioned air con buses!
Miss Phaik Hwa, who is the CEO of SMRT. Dunt you think you should do something about it????

Contrary to what you perceived, performances for SMRT buses was not as bad.
Perhaps there is a gap in performance expectations between PTC and most commuters. I would still prefer SBST over SMRT buses. -
I am not sure if SMRT was being tricked into submitting the fare adjustment. Last year SBST submitted while SMRT didn't. This year SMRT submitted whilst SBST didn't. And comments from SBST CEO, he said something like " that despite improvements in profits, SBST may still submit for a fare adjustment."

where u want to go and from where?? u know hk bus is charge based on the stop u board and not the stop when u alight right?? that mean.. if u toot toot want to take kmb svc.307 which from NT to central at HKD20.30 but drop after 3 stop then u cannot blame anyone for paying so much lor.. -
