158 later became a single-plate route after being amended to Tanjung Rhu, if I'm not mistaken. The green & white plates on 61 and 154 vanished when ADDs were introduced. on bus #63 it says Eunos Int as it's destination.but on other buses heading to Eunos Int ,they say Eunos.hmm..

why sv48 front plate is new font but back one is old font? and also, why S'goon svcs have to change to new font after changed to volvos? sv197 62 and 82 also like tt..
and did sv170 red changes/renew its side plates or used the old ones for a decade plus?
and why sv160 front plate font look so odd?

I Think 170 Red uses back its old destos as i have not seen new ones.

Why did EUN & SER bus routes need new destoes after the depot swap? I understand that some buses use different kinds of side desto, but what about front ones? I believe some of the front destoes were still good.

I tynk, 160 n 170 services do not use new fonts as this is a sensitive issue...the same case as in the model used...ads on the bus also...imagine if singapore shows off her buses to malaysia...u tynk malaysia will be happy about it...malaysia very sensitive...yet their buses r outdated n deir service management are of a lower quality....
Imagine showing off 160 using 9889U...ok lah...not possible...but imagine all SDs wif new fonts.... -

sv160 and sv170 are sensitive services.. theres a reason on why the buses on these 2 svcs:
-have to be modified eg back brake light, arm rests, red and white emergency door, company name at side of bus etc.
-all uses the same buses ie mk3
-no DDs to date (custom have to go upstairs to check and becos m'sia no Dds?)
-why 160 n 170 uses green and white side plate still instead of red and white

Only the Mk IIIs have the additional brake light. There was no such rule when the Mk IIs dominated. SBST is progressively changing all front destos to the new font (except for services 160 and 170). No new front desto for 93 yet.
