  Maybe true, iveco. But you have to count the number of services that were handed over to Tibs. After the services that left for Tibs, BBDEP becomes more empty in the sense it has lesser service now. When ARBP closes, all the services from ARBP should be able to fit into BBDEP. If BBDEP is unable to handle all, 74 165 166 etc may get more control from their 2nd depot (ie HGDEP and AMDEP). Otherwise like you said, 198 or some other services might be transfered to SLBP. VO3X will be in SLBP in future.

  You are right. Should transfer some of the VSO to HGDEP.
