i once waited for 160 towards jurong east at kranji mrt for nearly 30 minutes (two 925 passed by) and i gave up, cross road and took 961 to woodlands instead.. some more more than ten 170 whizz by.., and no sight of 160, thats badOriginally posted by Airbus330Captain:Most of the bus services have inconsistent frequencies, some times they are fast, sometimes they are very slow ! Only bus that do not need to wait at Checkpoint to get bus full.. CW1 and 950 have to wait at checkpoint until next bus comes if not full enough to their standard -

... i didnt noticed 170 used to u-turn at woodlands chkpt.. only that every morning dozens of 170, private bus and bas kilang jam up the woodlands crossing bridge towards jb. sv16 coz there r alot of buses & SP's in the morning & evening peak.After 0930hrs, the waiting can be quite tedious till around 1530hrs, more buses appear again till night time... Once, i saw 4 sv16s in 1 minute intervals at night...

off-topic: sv16 when it was at former marine parade terminal, it did not park there but simply changed drivers and drove off after 5 minutes -
My vote would be 88 and 97. Seldom wait for more than 5 mins even during off-peak.

Bus fleet still the same. Frequency was amended only after peak hours. Not tt much of a difference. Smetimes, there's a jam so can blame the BC. SERVICE 74: Always not more than 10 mins
