If I lose my poly wan, at least I can use the ITE wan for the time being mah.
But then that's not the point. I always put my ezlink card in my bag..one of the pockets outside (for convenience)..and sometimes when I switch bags, I will forget to bring my ezlink card. That's when the ITE ezline card comes in handy coz I put it in my wallet. -
This shows there is good , bad and ugly bus drivers around. I have met all 3 types already. The ugly drivers are the reckless drivers, driving fast then sudden break even through the bus was fully packed. You can imagine yourself.

i heard good drivers are rewarded in a strange way.. they are selected to drive routes with less stress and loads, like CT8, CT18, CT28 and 408.. at certain times of the day.. all drivers i met on CT8 were nice people and when i requested to be dropped at yio chu kang terminal (not allowed) the driver obliged but gave me a small lecture
also on 42, was raining heavily, driver offered to drive me to my street/ home but i declined as it was a joyride and i dont stay in kembangan!!

I was given free bus rides twice by nice captains. First on 2768G on service 36 then on 471A on service 125. 2768G (service 36): Board at Changi airport T1 but this bus was going to park at T2 for half an hour before resuming service. I was the only passenger boarding the bus (because the previous bus 903X had just departed) and no other passengers were onboard, then the bus captain offered me a free ride to T2 to transfer to 903X.
471A (service 125): Board at Sims Dr just after Aljunied Rd, bus captain changed service to SWT 125A. I know the route of the SWT but I purposely ask the captain whether the bus went to Jln Besar which I was going to, then he asked me to board the bus for free to the next stop to transfer to the next bus as he said all service 125A buses changed to service 125 at that bus stop, but he changed one stop earlier (if I remember his speech correctly). -
