Slacking Bus Captains

lets say u are only very few passengers on board, or at a deserted road, BC stop halfway during journey and "slack" a while. any1 any experiences? i have the following:
on 192: stop along tuas ave ? for 5 mins with about 5 pax on board. i actually asked him why he stopped and he replied some rubbish i cant understand
on 251. BC stopped along shipyard road, alighted, walked around and board bus again to resume journey. dont think he knew m on board ( i was the sole and bo liao pax camping at the back of the upper deck of the LO2x. -
Service 175 during SBS days: Encounted many BCs on different trips stopping opposite Neo Tiew Rd HDB flats to 'ta pao' coffee and cooked food from the only kopitiam before heading to Lim Chu Kang terminal, where they eat there.

empty 268 bus outside caltex station towards amk mrt parked beside bus-stop, BC crossed road to canteen to tah pau presumbly chap chai peng and kopi-o!

JB Transit Link sv 180 BC got down the bus with about 20 passengers remaining on the bus, at City Sq and went for 10 minutes toilet break at Komtar.

What i HATE the most is those bus driver that drives REALLL SLOW. They take thier own sweet time to stop, open the door, close the door, and then slowly turn...traffic light green, purposely drive slow slow until it reaches yellow then stop. Shit man. SLOW until those people jogging until can overtake the bus!!. anyone experience this b4 in busses like 188 and 10. Really feel like yelling .

the irony is that when you are in a real hurry, u get these drivers.
but when u're not, they chiong like siao -
I have to agrre with the above. Drivers are penalised if they arrive at the destination too early. That's why they slow down to kill time. I experince this most on sv. 30 esp at night. From Bedok to Pasir Panjang, they will chiong. Then when they reach West Coast or Teban Gdns, they will crawl.
Back to the topic, once on sv 174, the BC stopped the bus somewhere along Jurong Rd. He opened the door and darted into the bushes! Everyone was surprised but seemed to understand what he's up to. After about 5 minutes, he came back, apologised and continued the journey.

There's also another one incident on service 174. Saw this when I was at the prata shop at Upper Thomson road.
Bus stops at the bus stop in front of roti prata house along Upper Thomson Road junction Sin MIng Road at about 11 plus near midnight.
Driver stopped and alighted. We tot bus break down at this hour dam suay.
Skali the driver walks to the prate shop counter and went to order prata...packet.
Waits for his order. Got it and pays for it.
Goes back to bus...with all his bus passengers staring at him all this while
!! He acts as if nothing was wrong!! -
also experienced on a 143 towards toa payoh, along thomson road near novena loge. BC told passengers he urgent need to go toilet and everyone looked amused, and off he went for about 5 mins, apologised and continued trip

SERVICE 51
On one particular night, on dd service 51 (towards HOUGANG SOUTH), the driver
stopped at GEYLANG RD, HO KEE PAU and bought some food(slowly) and then boarded back the bus when the bus is quite packed on a Sunday Night.
