103 and 103W dont need any pass to enter. 103 merely terminates just outside the camp gate. Then u gota walk in yourselfOriginally posted by iveco:How about the present svc 103? And how did you manage to get inside CACC? I remember my Coy 2IC in BMTC telling us that if we ever have to take SBS buses from SAF ferry terminal, remember to cross the road. He said we will be arrested if we took the bus into CACC.

LONG STORY TO TELL...
[b]SBS139K cameoing on Sv 168 (22/1/06)
Yesterday, 22/1/06, while I was in my parent's car, I witnessed that two of the cars that were turning the wrong way. Instead of turning left to Woodlands Ave 3, they used the road that leads to Woodlands Reg Int & the bus bay.
The traffic was slow at that time when one of the car tried to reverse as he had turned the wrong way. So the road leading to the interchange made inaccessible to SBS139K, while the other vehicles were stuck as the traffic lights were red at that time. This incident was occurred at the junction of Woodlands Ave 5.
The bus driver of SBS139K had asked the car driver to reverse and get back from the last road on where he had turned wrongly, which was at Woodlands Ave 5. Therefore, the other passengers were wasting at least 2 minutes of their journey time, and some were impatient.
They don't know, signboards not very clear.Originally posted by finoq:woodlands always like that...ppl mistaken the road...

TIB793C on Sv 307 (23/1/06)
Everyday, after school, this incident always happens. While I was boarding the bus from Regent Sec, it was over-crowding. The driver asked the 4 students that were from Nanyang Girls School Netball Team who were blocking the ez-link card reader to move aside as I wanted to scan my ez-link pass. Later on, the BC asked the people who were blocking the driver's view to move aside as he can't see from the mirror.
As TIB793C passes through the bus stop opposite Blk 708 & 702, the BC asked the Regent Sec students to move to the rear, but they refused to hear the BC's instructions and they kept on talking. My reflections on this: The BC of Sv 307 believed that the Regent Sec students are the arrogant ones. Seriously, if I had the courage to complain, I may make a complain to the SMRT Buses & to let the school to handle the situation. The same goes to TIB796U incident.
AFAIK, no crowd control. But then, I should suggest that the BCs should take full responsibility to ensure that the journey runs smoothly and to avoid unneccessary delay & cause inconvenience to commuters due to irresponsible school students.Originally posted by sinicker:crowd control according to schools?
aint you one of the students taking 307? and yes, you have no choice but to take 307, becos SMRt only can offer you thatOriginally posted by Apex-LW'21:AFAIK, no crowd control. Every time after school, it will always occur the same old happenings. Soon or later, people will start to complain to SMRTB about this incident.
Can't be bothered by those students anymore but I didn't mean that I am going to give up on taking Sv 307.
106 also got the same problems, thanks to students from Yusof Ishak Sec Sch, who refused to move to rear of a Habit...Originally posted by Apex-LW'21:AFAIK, no crowd control. true...i face the probem daily...and this always result in double coming as the bus wld try to get everyone in before going off....SMRT is aware of this situation....a BC told me that once in a while, the commuters complain and the drivers would be called in to explain themselves....they of course blame the students..and the driver complained about using 12m for the 650 bus...Originally posted by brotherchen1982:106 also got the same problems, thanks to students from Yusof Ishak Sec Sch, who refused to move to rear of a Habit...

[b]Another one on TIB792E on 307 (bus rego)
The same incident involving school students had been mentioned on previous post, so I will not repeat that same thing again. It is merely the same as TIB793C incident on 23/1/06.
As TIB792E arrives at the bus-stop outside Blk 708, 3 passengers were attempted to board the bus using the exit door, when it is opened. They scanned their ez-link pass on the exit reader knowing that it is not for boarding use, so the BC asked them to scan their card at the entrance. As the bus has a heavy load of students, they can't do anything yet, until the bus reaches CCK Ave 4. The BC even ignored the bus stop outside Blk 702 since the bus was full load, so I believe the people who are waiting for the bus will have to wait even longer and some impatient.
This incident resulted about 3 min loss of the passenger's journey time.
