Yep. The one you mentioned is 9811T while the other one with Song He rice ad is 9812R. 9813M and 9814K were transfered to BNDEP last year. Currently serving 9 and 65 respectively. Sometime these buses act as SPs for CitiBuzz services.

Make yourself clear. In fact, it is only 9801-9807 that were the permenant buses on 28 when they went into service. 9808-9810 when introduced, they were permenant on 76. If you have seen 9808-9810X on 28, it is just a cameo, for goodness sake.
