  Based on Marine Parade GRC newsletter showed to mi by my friend, it should be built on the current CCL Construction Site.. (the Big Field that used to site next to the Interchange..)

  Anyway, the proposed BNV Int was meant to be co-located with the new LTA HQ. THe plan was shelved after a public outcry over misuse of funds. Don't tell me the BNV Int will be built along with the CCL?

  looking down the discussion, if the idea is to have buses continuing to serve ghim moh, making svc 100 to go jurong east will be quite pointless.
  
  i believe ghim moh will left with 92, and all the residents will walk out to the integrated buona vista interchange (mrt and bus).

  Just let the developers to unleash their ideas and creativity for Ghim Moh and Buona Vista. No use posting up so much forecasts and in the end none ain't correct.
  
  The future Serangoon Bus Interchange will be integrated with a shopping centre. It would also be integrate with CCL and NEL. The existing Serangoon Bus Int Site will be used for furthur development.
  
  All these integrations for Serangoon are also part of the 'face-lifting' project in the future.
