Frequency of bus services is getting worse , as a regular Singapore bus services transit traveller , I find that waiting time for services are getting longer perhaps due to the jam or other reasons. I feel that SBST should send some spare buses to ease the load, for example bus 7 , the spare bus can start from orchard ... instead of clementi .
If you guys have any ideas, please post here. You never know any representive from the following bus companies are following this forum.

stop operations of citybuzz immediately. withdraw Ct28 immediately as these are loss generating services
introduce fast forward 170e to johor.

wash buses more often . cockroaches are a problem lately.
improve freqs on 170 by having standby buses parked right at the exit of the chkpt so that when jam oocurs spare buses cna be deployed very easily
reduce freq breakdowns by buying newer buses. reduce laspe in service when breakdowns occur by having spare buses ready at ints in the event of breakdowns.
use service by demand attitude in operations for buses like 405 403 401 and 408. send a extra bus out if queue grows very long altho next bus is like in 20 mins....

stop VLS immediately. some pax find that they cant even tap out at bus stops. glitches are killing everyone. even me. i had 1.53 decuted on a s36 buseven when i am on BCp. imagine that.....
