The Downtown Extension they say is 2012. The whole Circle line is supposed to finish by 2010. however, the stage 2 and 3 is supposed be ready for opening by 2008. i think stage 2 finishes in 2007. but i think they wont open stage 2 without stage 3 opening also.Originally posted by shinta:oh thanks
