Some of them are working with messages like "Welcom aboard....." and even "SINGAPORE". As for the 0405Gs the LCDs on the front are moved to the back and the front has a new one in place. But none of them are working. When u press bell oso no indicator whether already pressed or not. Anyone knows what is this and when it will be in use.

They did install a not-working LCD on a TIB5xx...or was it TIB8xx. Anyway, the LED is most likely to be a display telling commuters what the next stop is, probably installed in conjunction with the GPS. If you notice, the LED is now displaying SIngapore because the GPS tells us so that we ARE in Singapore. SMRt will probably amend the LED & GPS to tell the exact locationOriginally posted by sBs_boy:Where On hell did SMRT installed LCDs on their Buses ?? Brother.. LED lar.. Not LCD... Sekali like those SBS loop svs, have prob tracing the status at which bus stop is the bus proceeding toOriginally posted by cck_190:They did install a not-working LCD on a TIB5xx...or was it TIB8xx.
