LOST REPORT
To report loss, card holders can call 1800-CALL ONE (1800-2255 663) and provide their NRIC number or ez-link card number and contact number. A claim number will be given by the hotline staff and the lost card will be invalidated within 48 hours from the time of the report. Any remaining deposit and stored value (determined after invalidation has been effected) can be collected from any Ticket Office 5 working days after the date of loss report. When collecting any refund at the Ticket Office, card holders are to produce their Personal ID and quote the claim number given.
For security reasons, the loss report is irreversible once it is lodged in our system. Hence, card holders are advised to search thoroughly for the card before making the loss report.
Please take note that the invalidation is only for transit use of the card. The concession card holder is responsible for informing their own school library and The National Library Board (NLB) of the lost concession card. Please call NLBÂ’s helpdesk at 6842 8085.
REPLACEMENT SERVICE
There are two options for replacement of lost card.
1. Immediate application can be made at the Card Replacement Offices.
2. You may also obtain a replacement card by mailing your application to us.
Replacement charges apply as follows:
Card Cost: $5 (non refundable)
Personalisation Fee: $3 (non refundable)
Administrative Fee: $10 (non refundable)
Travel Deposit: $1 (refundable)
TOTAL: $19
