I still don't see why TV Mobile doesn't lower the fares since the adverts benefits both Mediacorp and SBST. And I don't think they would bother putting it there if it's making just enough money to cover the cost.Originally posted by sBs_boy:WOuld LIke to STress it OUt that TV MObile is Maintained and paid by MediaCorp.. NOT SBST.. SBST just lend their buses and they jut needa collect their "RENTS".. IMO.. TVM is NOT a WASTE of MONEY..

The sentence marks in red is for MB O405G bendies with Hispano bodies only because the front of the bus have no 'BUS STOPPING' sign.![]()

The original display on MB O405G (except Volgrens), placed at the back of the bus, not the new LED ones.Originally posted by sBs_boy:Most of the buses have installed with the LED except :

Still remember taking 178 back to Boon Lay during peak hr (the svc will skip some bus stop along Woodlands), guess what the VLS display
If I not wrong, I board the bus os Jurong Regional Library n the VLS show "Bef PIE" which is about 6 bus stop away frm current bus stop...

I thought that one Habit with Guardian Pharmacy ads had that LED on the rear trailer?Originally posted by muziq bus:Please note that there are some very obvious mistakes here..
DAFs and the Hino Volgrens already have their LED Next Stop Display installed..
Ever noticed that there are 2 different version of he LED NSD....
For the MB Volgren Bendy, it has a longer version so that others at the back can read it more clearly...unfortunately, the Habits are unable to have those as there is no space for that longer model...the Habits use the same one as the normal rigid bus..
Based on what had been observed, the rear LED was the original front one used back then...the back LED is incapable of showing the next stop....unless SMRT installed 2 of those LED NSD at both the front and the rear...which would be a real waste of resources...Originally posted by carbikebus:I thought that one Habit with Guardian Pharmacy ads had that LED on the rear trailer?
wah, so fast reach already.Originally posted by gorby107:Yesterday I saw TIB 533L the LED was still displaying WDL REG INT when it was at Punggol Rd!
