sv115 can make it go round and round non-stop like sv42, and terminate/commence at the kovan stn bus stop. ppl from kovan stn can board there instead of walking to hawker centre.. another way is to like some said, extend 115 towards eunos link area, like PLAB..

I once saw passengers remained onboard after the service 115 bus terminated at the former Hougang South interchange. The BC didn't ask them to alight, which I think passengers can board the bus before former Hougang South interchange and alight anywhere after the former interchange. is it ok to do the same for sv42? i remained in the bus at sv92, science park.. from what i observed, the kind drivers are mostly on CT services, Express Services (some, like 512), sv42, 92.. those on sv91 and 191 was nasty (that was 5+ years ago).. however, a 42 BC, i was impressed.. was raining very heavily.. as i said last time, if BC sees you are a young eg, below 12 years old etc, they may be more lenient and shui pian, as those older ppl may be up to some mischief..
i cant blame them.. i missed my childhood
