  I hope the finalised name will not be Chip Bee. How many knows where Chip Bee is? Holland Village is a more popular name.

  Do you know Farrer Road estate is under Ulu Pandan Ward? Change Farrer to Ulu Pandan may be more appropriate, though it's absurd. Anyway I opted Holland over Holland Village.
