But one thing bad for those air-con Interchange especially Senkang the worse of the two. When the sliding door is open to let passengers to board, fumes will come in and generate the whole air-con system which the smell is unbearable. Senkang Int the alighting also no good as you get down the place is so hot and fumes is all around as it is enclosed in a building and the fans blowing is like hot air. I think the BC also cannot take it tooOriginally posted by stellazio:I like Toa Payoh and Sengkang interchange,fully air con..
sengkang interchange is on the first floor of the condominium. its ceiling/ roof is the condominium already.. also, theres a lack of space (obviously). it cannot be compared with Toa Payoh. TAP is brighter, spacious and has more bus services (with many standalone berths). i say SKG is a failed AC interchange if compared with TAP.Originally posted by gorby107:But one thing bad for those air-con Interchange especially Senkang the worse of the two. Talk about a one-stop centre, and you get the flop that SKG Int seems to have become.Originally posted by 105090:sengkang interchange is on the first floor of the condominium. its ceiling/ roof is the condominium already.. also, theres a lack of space (obviously). it cannot be compared with Toa Payoh. very dark.. and hot.. esp at the alighting berth.. everyone who alights walks auickly into the building to escape the heat and darkness.. too bad the int is under a building, and not beside it..Originally posted by SBS9828X:the place is really cramped... the design isnt good... Should have allowed more space on the roof so that;
Circulation;
Light;
Space;
Feeling of ample space
HEy... just be happy that there is already an AIRCON Interchange for you already.. If you ask mi... i can tell you that for Sengkang interchange, itz alot times better than those that you can find in HongKong. in HK, you have to stay out there instead of waitin inside an aircon room.. For your INfo.. Those BCs rest inside the aircon room after their run... they are not so stupid to stay out there.. those who stay out there usually smokes.. Pls Observe Closely Before you post anything.Originally posted by gorby107:But one thing bad for those air-con Interchange especially Senkang the worse of the two. Cannot lah dis 1 is only a discuccion on;ly... like dat, theres many other thread that are even better to be made sticky like 'JB busroutes' and etc..Originally posted by gorby107:Moderators can you all make this a perm subject so that people can post their favourite Int or Terminal here or on whatever views on here and so it won't expire or need another person to open the similiar topic. Thank you very much.
Oh I see and thank you very much for the information and I will observe closely next time before I postOriginally posted by sBs_boy:HEy... just be happy that there is already an AIRCON Interchange for you already.. Even if this thread is made sticky but after a period of time no one posts, it will still expire anyway. The sticky topics are either important topics or those with a higher posting rate.Originally posted by gorby107:Moderators can you all make this a perm subject so that people can post their favourite Int or Terminal here or on whatever views on here and so it won't expire or need another person to open the similiar topic. Pasir Ris Interchange is not very peaceful for sometimes as those army boys who go there and take the shuttle service provided by SMRT to ferry them to SAF Ferry terminal in Changi Coast which they would take a ferry to Pulau Tekong. Like that the whole interchange would be noisy and crowded and would have no peace. While Tampines is too congested a lot of people walking there with all those salesman or like what stated ahdibuao by marketing people which survey for a long time. The place is also filled with fumes and cigaratte smell which I could not take and stand itOriginally posted by ahdibuao:My vote goes to:
1st
Pasir Ris (Always go there the place very peaceful one)
2nd
Tampines (the interchange I frequented the most)
Tampines used to be my first choice but these few years, the interchange seems to be "attacked" by those marketing ppl. everyday go there, sure got at least 10 of those marketing ppl lining up one line blocking ur way. Find these ppl very "kao wei and irritating"...
Ok I know of that better now and thank you for the opinion that you statedOriginally posted by sBs_boy:I hope that you're will give mi a chance to say something.. i do hope that all forum members try to stick to the Original Thread Title.. And not go off track all the time.. If this thread is about FAVOURITE BUS INTERCHANGE / TERMINAL, just put down your thoughtz about your fav. Int / ter... i dont see why is there a need for your to put down things like the Worst interchange and all that.. pls bear this in mind.. Interchange / terminal are PUBLIC places where all people can go there. Do Not expect them to be 100% Clean. Even the toilets.. If you think that those Toilets (in INT ) are dirty, Pls think Twice.. go Visit other countries and you'll know whats Clean and Whats dirty.. anyway.. i just hope that SGForums - Buses WILL NOT become a COMPLAINT center.. Pls.. we are not SBS TRANSIT or SMRT Buses... We are SGFORUM - BUSES.. BEAR THIS IN MIND...

I am sorry for the comment that I made and I apologise to all the army boys who I classified them as nosiy. I am deeply regretted of this. We should be proud on our army boys as they serve NS to protect the country and next time I am also experiencing too. I am supportive of our army boys and for the comment being made I admitted that I never think properly and just type and post. Next time when I post in the topic I should think the post that I post whether I got say any not so good remarks on one group of the community. Once again I am sorry for the remarks being made and deeply regretted tooOriginally posted by Zilchster:Firstly, Singapore Buses on Sgforums (neither anyone here) endorses gorby107 comments made on army boys. It is own personal opinion and thought and does not represent the view of the forums.
I also don't appreciate the added comments about them being noisy...and the no peace part.
I hope you can put yourself in the shoes of the army boys. One day if you have to your BMT and NS in Tekong, you too would be part of the noisy crowd which will provide no peace to the ppl around. How would you like if then if people pass such comments on u? Anyway, the army boys are doing a service for the country, even if you dun appreciate their actions, pls do not post here in the public, and cut them some slack.
Your understanding would be much appreciated. Thank you.
