  the penalties are quite stupid looo.... if they will the comply to all rules there everyong would have a hard time... they will be filthy rich too.. lame rules.. jus basically finding faults so tat they have every right to catch u if they wan...

  This rule really stupid.. Remaining in the train when it is full? Are they gonna to fine everyone in the packed train?

  this happens in every train in AM peak or PM peak, esp NSL..
