However, some of the above mentioned buses will cut to Sv 58[probably joint ctrl w BNDEP], but there's still enough for sv 58 wic will probably have 10 buses in fleet based on route & frequency. For ARBP, there's only SBS1930K, SBS1927X & SBS2593T[feeders from Bukit Merah Int] left. However, there are MKIIIs for consideration SBS818J, SBS817L, SBS828E, SBS829C or MKIIs... but i still tink Sv 58 AMDEP ctrl...
Note that they have to re-do the NDP Route Diversion bus stop notices again. How many revisions do they wan?!

Dun see any need to 274 as 57 will run till 2400... -
The notices for these services are up at all the bus stops, however, there is NO BERTH for 57/58 at BISHAN INT. The berth originally used by 53/56 has been removed due to construction works.

What about the berth in Bukit Merah interchange? Beside 274? (So that passengers heading to Depot Road do not have to run from one berth to another in a frantic rush).
While it's a good thing that duplication of services offers more choice, and possibly a higher frequency, I can't help thinking it may result in SBST 56 not using DDs anymore, esp. the new VSOs. ( I am specifically referring to SBST 57 going to Toa Payoh, and then heading to Beach Road which is near to Marina Square as well.....similar stops as SBST 56.) -

In case you don't know, services 56 and 57 ply a different route in Toa Payoh town. In the recent past, Dunearn Rd/Bt Timah Rd between Whitley Rd and Newton Circus had more SMRT services than SBST services. There were 4 SMRT services - 67, 171, 700 and 960 while there were 2 SBST services - 66 and 170. But with services 48 and 57 plying here, the number of SMRT and SBST services here are now equal, which ends the "SMRT domination" which is the terms he used to describe. -

New Service unlikely they will put DDs straightaway. Need to closely monitor the demand
