Allow SBST to ply into SMRT territory

  yes, once i took an MB0405 on 39.. my god, it was crawling. i felt lethargic aft i got off the bus. and it was only 11am. my day just abt to start... tiringly.

  One and only bad thing about the SBS is drivers are damn slow.

  SBS drivers might be thinking of other things and sometimes they are in old age.
  SMRT frequency too long, especially Woodlands feeder svc and Svc 190.
  
  I noticed SMRT 190 has a bad frequency compared to Svc 190 in SBS time.

  i rather 161 n 168 stay as SBST svcs... i'll rather sit n sleep on a DD then stand on a bendy... passengership is damn high esp on weekends... it's gd to see some red n purple DDs among the smrt buses at woodlands... if 161 n 168 were tobe under smrt, i think most likely they r gg to change the route to ply woodlands/sbw/yishun... most likely to scrap either 161 or 965, 168 or 969...

  Yes, same route between Sengkang East Way and Hougang St 21. Between Sengkang terminal and Sengkang East Way, service 860 plied different route as Sengkang terminal was a roadside terminal on one side of Compassvale Rd. On the return trip from Hougang St 21, service 860 plied Punggol Rd and Compassvale Dr towards Sengkang terminal.

  700 and 190 runs an almost parallel route and aids 190. 700 even has bendies to help ease the congestion. Are you a regular 190 rider?
  From Orchard Rd, BP residents have 2 choices now.

  I'm not a 190 regular rider. There is also Svc 952 from Marsiling – Marina Centre, extended to WDL REG INT in 1996, was it the same as Svc 960?

  Oh well, if you are a regular, you might notice that on some occasions, the frequency is really very long but sometimes, it comes as a double or triple or a quad...but quad is rarely...
  i think that traffic congestion is partly to blame as well...

  traffic congestion and parking at NBR terminal. sometimes, when there isnt any space and a 190 comes frm CCK, the next one just has to go out early to allow that 190 to park.

  yeap! main areas are from CCK/ BP to Orchard. Fewer people goes to Chinatown area than Orchard

  From BPJ to Chinatown, there is 970. From CCK, there is always MRT.
