no lah! 1 hour is a bit exagerated. maybe got to wait for one hour in order to catch a 190 bus with available seats.
Freq. lacked is always a problem in this route.
Sure the operator can improve it, if they want!
Expect more waitings and crowdedness as the month of Nov and Dec---Christmas Season -

and 2day frm my hse, i saw a Scania CAC on 168! wonder how that bus fared along the expressways. -
It have been so many years since the operations rights in Bt Panjang have given to Tibs( SMRT).
At this moment, I cant think of any improvements of the bus networks by SMRT!
Really dissappointing and disgusted with the overcrowding in 190 and 960! -

and extend one pair of bus stops!

did you ever realise that there are no SMRT buses stopping at interchanges in the North East? (Serangoon, Sengkang, Punggol, Hougang) Yes, there is 965 in SK int but it does not stop there, it continues without parking in the int. And the only SMRT buses plying these areas are 853(Serangoon), 854(a portion of HG), 965(a portion of SK) and NR6. Any idea why?
