by looking at the map, living in Simpang (in the future) might be good. maybe the URA might want to redevelop the island in Simpang into the next Sentosa?

how come there is a bridge between Seletar and Simpang? Where is the bridge? the one near Yishun Golf Course?
Simpang position would be similar to Punggol, and to an extent, similar to Sembawang.
Sembawang people have to pass by Yishun to get to Expressway/ CTE.
Punggol people have only 3 death roads out, via TPE or Sengkang.. haha.. like that Police want to catch cars also easy -
