I dun think that asking abut guides is not a good question. those who are interested may post this question too or will still look for answer. I jolly well pointed out the fact that there are many posts reflecting what services has guides and what services do not have guides. Would you like somebody to post in the forums: Does Service A have guides?, Will service A have guides?, Does service B has guides, again and again?
This is something 5454 can easily check out for himself (from those threads) if he is proactive enough instead of asking those "no quality" posts again and again.
If you guys are just lazy to have some initiative from your part, then fine, up to you.
And yes, you obviously do not understand simple english. Since it is a WILL, who over here will be able to answer his question? I repeat, no one can forsee the future. If you think there may be sbs transit officers looking at such an embarrassing forum, dream on. -

SV 400 operate during Weekend and 8-9 Aug, as this is to help to move the crowds during weekends. Pls refer to www.ndp.org.sg, for more informations. Not sure abt the frequency though. I think there was no service number for the special shuttle service in 2000. It just indicate as a special service. Cant remember the name given though. just to let your know.. be prepared to see DDs on 400.. YEs.. Nope. Indeed there were services 400A and 400B operated during the last carnival in 2000, I know because I took the one by Tibs. SBS and Tibs operated one service each, but I can't remember which operated 400A and 400B respectively. a new clone aka sv400, will operate from New Bridge Road as well..
note that theres only 2 designated alighting stops and 2 designated boarding stops for that period. (info seen from posters.)
only cars / vehivles with valid licences will be allowed entry into marina south.
if i were you, i rather stay at home and not join in the guaranteed chaos.. -
they should have labelled the new bridge road one as 400X (extended) and use 400 for the original 400 route. 400A as the special shortworking trip. this is my opinion of the situation.

Route of extended service 400: New Bridge Rd terminal, Eu Tong Sen St, Upp Pickering St, Pickering St, Church St, Cecil St, Finlayson Green, Raffles Quay, Shenton Way, Maxwell Rd ---> Marina South ---> Prince Edward Rd, Anson Rd, Robinson Rd, Collyer Quay, Battery Rd, Chulia St, South Canal Rd, North Canal Rd, New Bridge Rd and New Bridge Rd terminal.
A flat fare of 64 cents (ezlink) and 90 cents (cash) will be charged for all 3 services. -

Sv 400 is stated @ temp bus stop skipping notice, seems that it will call Marina Bay MRT Stn bus stop... But only 400A will call that stop -
yeah. apparently:
sv400: Shenton Way, Chinatown to Marina South (skipping MB MRT)
sv400A: Marina Bay MRT to Marina South.
its more like operating 2 seperate services. -
Note that the last bus stop will be @ Marina Blvd, you would have to walk into the site or for the buffet...
