  'cos there will be pax who will need to pass by the loop at tomlinson rd. for example, travelling from opposite four seasons hotel to delfi orchard. there are also others who are lazy to walk and use it to get from somerset rd or orchard boulevard to orchard rd itself (and it's not limited to bus pass users like me since there are others on board). the 36 bus is usually not empty when it travels into tomlinson rd.

  sv36A runs from 2300hrs from CGA to Tomlinson Rd daily.
  However, there are certain times in the day where sv36A will run as there are not so many passengers to pick on the return journey to CGA. sv36A runs more frequent in the afternoon, late evenings on saturdays

  yes, you are right. it ended its trip at Tamp Int at around 9.15am, probably to complement the morning peak. furthermore, it didnt park at the single berths for service 8. maybe it was bound for Esplanade soon.
