  There is a lot of passenger boarded along the Geylang Serai area at 12 ++ am. Guess that is the reason 28 get so many DDs as cameos.
  
  65 original fleet are all DDs. 65 always get striders, Mk III JB and MK IIs CAC as cameos.

  Single Deck can't cope the big volume of passenger who going to Geylang Seria and the Traffic jam overthere. The waiting time for service 28 for sure is at least 30min and above.Only DD can cope the large passenger espcially on saturday.
