the ppl taking the JIS are your heavy industries workers. they work in shipyards and heavy industries where oil/grease comes into contact with your skin. once, i assumed this man took a JIS frm work and was in 30 in his orange overalls. his hands were black with grease.
the point is, i think they would rather take a non-airconditioned bus. moreover, they still have to transfer to the train or another bus upon reaching BNL Int. saving $ on transportation gives them $ for themselves and their families. these laborious workers do not really earn much(much = $2500+). -

if you mean those "blue collared" workers in Jurong/ Tuas, yeah, they will prefer NAC buses because they had been working in non-aircon environment for the whole day, or for a very long time, so its normal that the NAC environment remains for them. Also, AC is recycled air, very unhealthy, and at 6pm, when everyone goes home oily and sweaty, the whole buses sure will have an assortment of smells which no one likes! and, those MB O405 so cramp and so few seats.. ppl rather prefer VO2x

Why is it so? Or is it a sign of...... -
Has there been any depot transfers lately? I saw people posting about Mk IIIs been sighted on AMDEP routes.

i went to a website and saw this...
TIB 890 E - The only public bus in Singapore have headrests inside the bendy bus.
my question is... what head-rests? -
Does TIB872H bus still uses the audio speaker?
I remember one time that I heard the message from the speaker, something like 'Welcome aboard TIBS BUS' -

Again this kind of nonsense.... despite numerous complaints to the company.
What course of actions do commuters have for this kind of sub standard services provided by bus company???
Expert please share your views here.
Asking for fare hike, wanna to fine and jail commuters who underpaid or never pay for fare. and overcharging still happenings despite a small percentage. crowded buses.
think is time for the commuters to fight back!!!! -
