In 2005, at HGDEP, now scrapped, 1696 was a CAC bus. -

There is a big carpark next to NTU's chinese heritage centre (formerly the administration building), the building is along Nanyang Drive and faces the park. The NTU shuttle buses nowadays use this carpark as a terminal. Was it the rest point for sv 174 buses as well? -

what do you guys think of Sengkang Int?
personally, i think the interchange shouldnt be built right below a condominium.. let's say 15 yrs down the road, the condominium would look a bit old and it wouldnt be a pleasant sight to see new buses entering the interchange.
just my views. open to any comments. -

New in Sep 1972, deployed on Svc 225, pictures can be found on pg 19.

As you can see in the photograph of this bus, it had received a new panel in the front canopy for just a route number.

I saw a TIB OAC MB O405 (12m bus) on sv857 but it has a roof-top visible AC compressor. What is its rego, and why does it have a roof compressor?

The internal compressor was probably beyond repair so they just replace it with a new external compressor.

Why do LO3X squeak so very very loudly when the driver step on/off the accelerator/brake pedals? Cos i was walking when this LO3X overtook me last night and just right then and there it gave a loud squeak... almost got my hearing damaged.

i recently saw a no. 43 bus near sengkang. it looks new can anyone tell me more abt it??

i know this might be a no-brainer question to some of you. but, i really would like to know the answer..
for buses that start/end at St Michael's Ter, the 2 bus stops along Jln Bahagia cater to 21/124/125/131/186 entering St Michael's Estate and also those leaving it. for 21, towards Pasir Ris or towards St Michael's, it'll stop at these two bus stops. my question is, how to differentiate whether it just entered St Michael's estate or just starting its journey and leaving St Michael's Estate? -

Maybe all the others would be of the side placard, depending on what is written on it.
Also 139 passes thru the abovementioned 2 stops; in this case another side desto (similar to the case of svc 60) is placed at the front windscreen. -

Driveres will drive slowly into the bus stops if they are leaving St Michael's (OUT) or speed along if they are ending at the trerminal. Because, practically nobody alights at the 2 stops after the terminal,or boards 2 bus stops before the terminal -
