why do i see saperate bus plates(bus stops) for two diff Sch B buses?

I can't help want to complain about the one who plan these two new service line. It didn't help when these two lines set off from east coast and heading towards parkway parade.
I have at least witness 4 times this week that people get into the wrong bus. Service 48 started earlier and then came service 43 when these two buses comes to the ever-busy busstop at parkway parade, it always cause confusion especially at night or rainning day.
I have seen couple of senior citizens getting to the wrong bus because they are confused by the new bus service 43. From far....it can be 48 and vice versa.
why the one who plan this service cannot use other number??8 and 3 at night or during raining can be misleading...
why why why???? Just give more thoughts and be more sensitive and a bit of common sense, it will help!!!! -
Is an OAC O405 on service 969 suppose to go to lane one (most right and fastest lane) of the expressway... Think its was at TPE.

if it was aft Jalan Kayu flyover where 969 has to keep right to filter into the SLE ie. At one bus stop at Boon Lay Ave, one plate shows 247A/249A/250A/251A, and another plate shows 622/623/624/625, some stickers are also coming off.

Did RapidKL remove the validator on the left side of the bus? The one that does not dispense cash only receipts. I don't know where this belongs, but I'll put this oddity here:
1. Go to the SMRT Bus Transport Guide
2. Click on 'Interchange'
3. Click on 'St. Michael Terminal'
4. Now you see '603'. If you click on it, it says "603's Frequency Table is off-line. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. "
Now.. I didn't realise that there the last time, but that service has been gone for a long time... Then again, the abovementioned guide has quite a number of errors. -

New to this forum here, not sure if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find it. What is the use of the blue device at some SBST's buses at the BC's area. It is usally next to the device that the BC use to press for the dispensation of tickets.
Also, for TIBS, notice a black device at the top back corner near to the window at where the driver is sitting, what is that used for?

SBST: A console for the Automatic Vehicle Monitoring System (AVMS). AVMS allows for dynamic, on-the-go and paperless bus scheduling, while ensuring that the HQ can contact the drivers in cases of severe disruption to service. TIBS (SMRTB): A speaker. Part of the Integrated Bus Operation System (IBOS), which allows the HQ to contact the drivers when necessary. -

The problem why I don't want to reply to some of you because SBST had not confirmed when will its new service to be commenced its operations. (Please follow the rules stated closely) -
