103W also gets a short break right inside seletar airport, aft blk 1006.
if they're late, no break i guess.

Svc.82 dont have breaks now from wat i see... their timesheet had been cut by 2mins if not wrong.. oh, u meant it cant be all BCs are early.
for a route like 82, i think all BCs can be early(unless they roadhog). the only times when 82 are packed frm punggol end ter is in the mornings when ppl finish fishing overnight or when campers in OBS at ubin return.
but of course, if the BC is late, he wouldnt wait. -
The fare stage is resetted but the BCs don't get a break there unless they arrive early. from what i can see, many loop services BC stops for a brief rest, that is, Except when the looping sector is a one directional sector, eg. sv195 along commonwealth ave is one-directional.
services which i seen having breaks: 82, 103, 103W, 16, 35, 90, 98, 189, most of marnie parade/ Siglap rd services such as 16, 76, 135, 155 -

the break is not shown in the timesheet...but they extend the time on expressways so BC can haf a toilet break at the CGA...i remember reading this sumwhere, but forgot liao....mayb mods can explain more...or timesheet xperts..svc36 is bcoz there is no exact starting or ending point...u can onli say Changi Airport...but u cant say its PTB1 or PTB2...so as not to inconvinence the pax, they have to do jump bus, maximise the use of bus...Originally posted by samtlk:The fare stage is resetted but the BCs don't get a break there unless they arrive early. For 966, in the past, they have break outside the condo or oppositenear the roundabout, now , (for the 1st few trips up to 6.50), they have quite a long break when they reach Marine Parade from the depot. (Sometimes 2 BCs chatting) till they depart. At other times, no.

svc 63 was originally Bt Merah - MacPherson Est (Loop) service, till it was amended to cover svc 62 lost sector, i.e Rumah Tinggi - MacPherson Est (Loop). Then svc 63 integrated with sv 382, making it a Eunos - Rumah Tinggi (Loop) service. If im not wrong S36 is the only service which has more A/P + S pairs than buses.

bcoz they maximise the use mah....so as not to inconvinence the pax onboard bcoz there is no clear terminating point(T1 or T2)...like a S shift Bc go off-duty, a BC from another duty will take over the bus and continue driving....sumthing like tat lah....like the bus start working from morning all the way to end of operation..regardless of the shift...Originally posted by leeJZ:If im not wrong S36 is the only service which has more A/P + S pairs than buses. -
Well, if CGA had a proper bus station, things would be different. The buses can park in proper lots and the SCs can have a good rest before the return trip.
