  Hi, does anyone know what bus to take to get to the SPH News Centre in Toa Payoh??????

  By MRT than change to 56/88/157/163 or take Sv190 from CCK to Whitley Road, cross the road, and take Service 57, take Sv985 from CCK to Jln Toa Payoh and change to Sv 56/57. It is only a short walk from the bus stop. (NOTE: The 1st bus stop after 56/57 exits from Toa Payoh Lor 6 and not the one before Bishan Rd)

  If by bus it'll take quite a long time.
  
  If by train, either alight at Eunos MRT and take 13
  or alight at Tanah Merah MRT, turn right (towards Changi) and take 14,
  or turn left (towards Bedok / City) and take 12.

  Take the train to Bedok station, transfer to service 40, alight along East Coast Rd outside Blk 1, Siglap Centre is opposite.

  The freq of 40 may be very long then one.
  
  At any given time in Bedok there is only one svc 40 bus in BDKINT.

  by bus? honestly? take 30 to bedok frm BNL Int and then 168 to outside Tamp MRT Stn. u can also alight one stop before Bedok Int and board 67 to Tamp Int. 168 has long waiting times. i've done this before and it takes 2hrs 30mins during off-peak. have fun.

  If you don't mind paying premium fare: Service 174 to Bt Batok, transfer to Express 506 to Bedok Reservoir Rd, transfer to services 22 or 65.

  im new in Sin, living in 490 North Bridge Rd. Please show me bus route from there to other centre. I looking for centers for electronics parts, computer parts.

  Wow.. you're living at the North Bridge Road Commercial Complex?? Anyway, that's just a 10 minutes walk to Sim Lim Square, which is well known for cheap electronic and computer parts. Of course, you have to be careful, as SOME of the people there will take advantage of foreigners and charge them high prices.
  
  If you aren't into that kind of risks, then you can try Funan The IT Mall for computer parts. Things cost more, but the people tend to be more friendly and the prices are fixed. You can take 32, 51, 63, 80, 145 or 197. From there, it's a short walk away. You should be able to see it.

  If you are going to Sim Lim Sq, check if the store is blacklisted or if u feel that u r being cheated, you can always complain.

  board 133 outside bugis junction to suntec convention centre and switch to 36
  
  or
  
  board 197 to opposite parkway parade and then take 36
  
  or
  
  board 48 outside golden landmark hotel and switch to 36 at opposite parkway parade
  
  or
  
  board 2 outside bugis village to eunos/kembangan/bedok/tanah merah and switch to 24
  
  i recommend the 1st, 2nd, 4th and last options.

  I think train can also be as fast as the 36->48 combination.
