Last time I spotted PH 2189U, which is under BUS PLUS last time. I always take the Villa Verde Shuttle to CCK Interchange. But now, it becomes a private hire bus, which is in light blue colour, seen it a few days ago.
I can remember that there is a validator but it doesn't dispense tickets but I used my ez-link pass and it costs only $0.50. Missed this minibus so much that PH2189U is perm on the Villa Verde Shuttle.
I doubt so that Volvo Olympian must have saw this bus in BUS PLUS livery before, do you think so? -

For me, sometimes I want to go to National Library at Victoria St, I have to wait about 30-45 mins for Svc 307 on most Fridays, and then have to take MRT to Bugis Stn, about 30 mins, ended up reaching there about 2.30pm and back home 5pm.
