as i observe, CityBuzz, especially C1 had healthy loads during the festive season(pre-xmas - pre-new year). 57 and 58 seems worrying. i always see 57 rather empty along Shenton Way/Esplanade Bridge and 58 with abt 2-5 passengers along Tampines Ave 10. 59's load is pretty healthy. -
Sv43's loads quite ok and good if 76 is behind 43. 48 has good weekend loads to little india and students take it. 52 also not bad. 57 AM Peak quite good(With long frequency), 58's peak ridership is quite good but off peak seems worrying. 59 generally ok but not so good @ night(eg. after 8pm). CT8/CT18 has good pax. They will have better pax as CNY is coming and it is already getting more crowded. 408/409 today quite good load but 409 got a real hard time @ MT Faber as there were cars parking along Mt Faber Rd and they BC was litterally moving like a snail and touching the kerb to prevent hitting the cars.Originally posted by sinicker:how are all the new services coping? how's the load?

PGL int > PGL Rd > HG ave 10 > Upp Serangoon Rd > Paya Lebar
Like that all PGL, SKG, HG residents can benefit. Also, 43 and 76 wont be competing.
Current Route, looks like only Buangkok Green ppl directly benefits -
i worry for S57. its perm buses has its routes mapped out on the back and sides. more often than not, i only see less than 10 passengers on board.
S58 only has abt 2-5 passengers along Tamp Ave 10 during off-peak. but this stretch is quite healthy during PM peak as i have seen. -
i'm not that good wiv the NorthEast area. can devise a route frm PGL Int, passes by PGL Rd, but still reach out to Buangkok Green residents? because PGL Rd is where most services are and where transfers can be made.Originally posted by 105090:Uts better if 43:

i not used to tapping wen alighting. sometimes me and my friends take bus.. den wanna alight.. walking towards the exit door.. we shout "TAP! TAP!" den we take out our wallets. -
yeah. i forgot to tap once on 160 at JB. then i called Transitlink hotline to claim. (dont use online.. not reliable) then they give you some 10-digit number to remember.
7 days later, call the Transitlink hotline to see if you had won your "money-back" prize, or just go down to any transitlink office. then have to check this n that, sign this and that -
