Remember taking some LA/LO2xs on svc 28/154/157 with the pink/green seats cover & black plastic covered seats handles; upgraded like the type of seats(blue) & seat handles of a V02xs...
*Normal LA/LO2xs had blue/green seats & uncovered metal seats handles. -

196 only had 3 perm VO2X as far as I remember. these were 7278, 7296 & 7297. -
But the LAs were phased out in 2000, weren't they? I did recall that 2 LO2x DDs have single sheet windscreen.

Some spares of LO2xs were not produce anymore, so they replaced them with sheet windscreen instead.

Transitlink Farecards were first used on SBS 78 & TIBS SS7 on 26/11/1990, it can be used on buses with validators.

Service 7 was also operated by Jurong in the past with the LO2x before it was transferred to BB. -
