BNDEP got so many spare NAC Scanias? I thought BRAM had more of them for 90 & 94.Originally posted by 105090:its interesting to note that, more than 95% of scanias (OAC, CAC) are in Bedok Depot, and half of NAC are from Bedok as well.. amazing!

I don't think its 95% , its around 80% . Don't forget that AMK and braddel has a number of scanias buses as well . Bndepot are left with very few NAC scanias , most of the nac scanias are based in AMK/Braddel depot.Originally posted by 105090:its interesting to note that, more than 95% of scanias (OAC, CAC) are in Bedok Depot, and half of NAC are from Bedok as well.. amazing!

Most NAC scanias are used for Training Buses.. no wonder..Originally posted by Airbus330Captain:I don't think its 95% , its around 80% . Don't be surprised to see NAC scania buses deploy on main trunk services like svc 30 or any other bndepot svcs . If that happens, that is a sign that the buses are going off the roads soon.Originally posted by 105090:Most NAC scanias are used for Training Buses.. no wonder..
still, its difficult to get a long ride on NAC scanias.. the longest possible route is sv35 or sv90 or 186.. cant enjoy maximally..
Got sign liao, Sv 154 getting them as cameoOriginally posted by Airbus330Captain:Don't be surprised to see NAC scania buses deploy on main trunk services like svc 30 or any other bndepot svcs . If that happens, that is a sign that the buses are going off the roads soon.
But 154 is partial BRAM, not BNDEP.Originally posted by sbst275:Got sign liao, Sv 154 getting them as cameo

Sunday 27 December 1998. Services 160 and 181 were renumbered 980 and 961 respectively, and relocated on this day with the closure of Crawford Street terminal.Originally posted by Marco_Simone:What is the exact date of TIBS svc 181 becoming 961?
It does supply buses to SV151 during 1996-1999. Not sure what happen after that. Used to take OAC MB0405 to NUS during that period.Originally posted by iveco:Did JRDEP (Penjuru) ever supply buses for Kent Ridge Terminal? It sys on another thread that this terminal is under Jurong East route group.
Later on those Mercs wound up on 98 in 1998 when some FAC routes were downgraded to PAC and some PAC ones became FAC.Originally posted by lemon1974:It does supply buses to SV151 during 1996-1999. Not sure what happen after that. Used to take OAC MB0405 to NUS during that period.

Well it is indeed under BBDEP/ARBP But the BC based there still attends team briefing @ JE.There are all the same west district afterall. There are some SLBP Standby BCs doing BBDEP/ARBP services vice-versa.
West District
SLBP(HQ)
ARBP
BBDEP
HGDEP
East District
AMDEP(HQ)
BRAM
BNDEP
Things are more complex than they appear on paper. There is a reason why HG is grouped with the West. Basically, it involves some corporate downsizing.Originally posted by alex_cai92:it is so strange tat HGDEP is under west....it is more to the east side den AMK
