  sembawang town lacks a semi-expressway service to take them to the east, hope SMRT can do something abt it...
  
  woodlands got 161, 168, 858, 965, 969
  yishun got 39, 858, 965, 969
  
  would recommend either 858, 965 or 969 to be diverted to sembawang central,

  But is 859 too short distanced to terminate at Sembawang interchange? Maybe it is to loop at Sembawang Interchange?

  many years ago, 857 was introduced from yishun and terminate at admiralty rd west terminal....
  
  maybe 859 should start from sembawang and loop at yishun
  
  or why not just merge 859 and 962 to bypass sembawang interchange
