  Yes, now along side the PA-registered Dennis Lances, buses from the main SMRT fleets (mainly Hispano O.405s) and a couple of CSS buses used for the Pasir Ris - SFT shuttle.
  
  The buses used are not exactly spares.
  
  For the shuttles during P Tekong book in/out periods, different depots will take turns to deploy buses, e.g.
  
  FRI: KJDEP
  SAT: AMDEP
  SUN: WLDEP
  
  The above was based on timings during my BMT days.

  No matter what, only during peak hr, TIB or SBS rego buses cannot be dispatched out for contract svs

  SBST should lease out Scania CRBs and Volvo buses to SMRT and paint them in SMRT livery
