OAC Mercs in SBST fleet come with 2 different types of bodywork, don't they?
Mk II OAC? Do you mean NAC? AFAIK, the first WA-bodied OAC bus was the CRB.
Anyway, my favourite SD buses are those built by Scania. -

MBs are nowhere in sight.

SMRT SDs i take them once in 2 months, so nothing positive to say -

1) SBST- Volvo Mark IV Strider(drive very fast and when full sound, nice to listen)
2) SMRT- Dennis Lance 211 and 245( my favourite bus and the sound is nice to listen)
3) SBST- Volvo Mark II DM and WA body CAC or NAC( like to hear when it is full sound)
4) SMRT- Mercedes O.405 OAC and CAC( drive very fast)
5) SBST- Volvo Mark III ( drive very fast and quiet) -

1. MKIIIs, I getta kick outta them when them speed down highways.
2. MB0405s, I get the kick outta them when they roar off the bus-bay, screech to a halt at the next one.
3. MKIV DM, Voith ones, same reasons as MKIII.
SMRT ar..... no data on them so cannot decide. -
