Depot transfer deployment list (4th September 2005)

  Summary
  1. Service 159 is transferred from AMDEP to HGDEP. Ex-AMDEP buses were transferred to Service 57, while Service 159 uses a collection of buses from various HGDEP services.
  2. Service 57's Mk II buses were transferred from AMDEP to BNDEP for Services 32 and 66.
  2. Services 7, 32 and 66 are transferred from HGDEP to BNDEP. Some of their original fleet moved over to BNDEP as well, except Service 32 which had a complete fleet change on the BNDEP side.
  3. Other services affected to a minor extent include 64, 80, 147 & 165. Note that things may change on Monday where everything gets clearer.
  4. Speculated services NOT affected in this round are 64, 81, 86, 136 & 197.

  so sv159 is going to get 2 volvo mk4s after so long.... then does sv66 gets any buses in return? i always see sv66 buses on cameos almost daily also..

  Sv 66 is now lately getting those MK2 as cameo buses why they don't want to let 159 to use those spare Mk3 from HGDEP as perm for 159 so 66 not need to use a lot cameo bus.

  Hi,
  
  Pls be patient as we try to compile and verify the list of the buses that been affected by the depot transfers.
  
  Apparently Svcs 7, 32, 66, 159 and buses from other services have been affected. If you see anything ununsual from here, pls post in this thread.

  How to transfer? 159 AFAIK is a loop service from TAP. Does this mean it becomes 2-directional?

  jus transfer lor. 159 will now be bi-directional, parent is Sengkang Route Group.

  yes, it's full hgdep. jus tat less buses, longer frequencies, but buses go faster.
  
  the spare buses will stay put for a good cause. AMDEP has shortage of SP buses after the recent introduction of services 57 & 58. same thing with HGDEP which has relinquished its control of 32 & 66 and kept the buses.

  sv159 avg freq last time can be 10-25mins (yes. i waited 25mins in off-peak). now with less buses, may even hit 30mins ++

  SBS 1771 C spotted on 66 today (ex AM 57). 9305M on PIE eastbound w/o destos and guy in orange shirt driving at 3:45pm.
  
  wouldnt bndep be overloaded with this deployment transfers? why does amdep require so many sps when bndep has fewer and still manages (~20)

  I asked the BC driving this service and he said there was changes here and there and more changes will come soon? He said that 159 take buses from other services and become as perm. Now there will be two-directional way no more loop he said it. He said that the rest time is around 5-10 mins

  wah lau, no wonder on Fri sv89 reduced to 3 Tridents quite a lot of MK IIIs on the svc eg, SBS595B
