very simple....sum are faster and sum are not it depends on the Point A and Point B....and how far is the interchange station...say i stay in TAM wanna go SGK, surely i wun take EWL to outram pk and transfer to NEL and if i wanna go to WDL i wun transfer @ cityhall to NSL, i can jus take MRT, but if i wan to go clementi, of i would take MRTOriginally posted by CyanSupra:fast meh?

111 between Commonwealth/Queenstown MRT and Orchard MRT(last friday ah got human head found ah~~~~)/Road,but maybe not all of Orchard Road ba,Thai Embassy the area,take 111 faster lar,maybe Somerset MRT there?I tink ah,shld be faster than the mrt leh.Some more dun need 2 transfer train @ Raffles Place.Some more got VO~~~ -

My friend took 67 from Tampines to CCK(his camp is at LCK) to try out how long to reach CCK from Tampines and used abt 2hrs to reach CCK.
Image he has to wait 10-20 mins for 975 to LCK(bus trip take abt 30-45mins) and walk another 10-20 mins only to the camp gate
Now he take 168 to Woodlands, change to 187 and change to 975 along Bt Panjang Rd to reach his Camp. -
First of all 107 or 107X Does NOT even go to Bugis... it goes through Beach Rd.. guys.. as i said in my 1st post...
let's collate a list of bus services, where taking the bus frm one MRT station to another is faster by bus than the train! The buses MUST call at a bus stop outside/beside the MRT station or at the interchange near the MRT station.

The guide not very accurate one... only a rough guide only
I usually use that when travel from pt to pt since I enter Poly.
But, every time I follow the guide & alight from Bus A at pt A to transfer to Bus B, Bus B is either in front of Bus A or I had to wait for 5mins(if I'm lucky
) to 15mins
for the nxt Bus B to pt B. 
If the Bus B passes through areas that is bldg the Circle Line, the Bus B will be stuck in jam thus longer the time taken to reach pt B. -
I took 107X from Hougang on Sunday night to meet my friend at Bugis Junction and it took only abt 45mins as 107X doesn't have much passengers that day.
I only said 107X is one of the fast link between Hougang and Bugis Area near Bugis Stn
