  As I have received many complaints from several members of this forum of some of the trouble-makers and posters posting rubbish or unneccesary comments, please be warn that, drastic actions taken will be taken if necessary. The moderators has every right to edit your posts and if it's more serious cases, they will refer to me for recommandation of being banned in this forum. This is something I have never done and will not do unless it's totally neccesary to do so. So please ensure that the quality of the posts remain high and do not start a flamewar post. If I find that the troublemaker in the forums doesn't comply with the rules , you will be warned and sequently banned from this forum.

  In addition , I would like all the forum users in this forum to sign in this thread that you will follow the rules and do not create troubles for anyone regardless of reasons. If there is someone that is finding trouble for you or unneccesary comments aim at you or any other reasons, report to the moderators, don't take things in your own hands.

  Seriously, it is hard to deal with flamers not only at your board but all over the forums as a whole. The real problem is that the site admins do not want to lift a finger and outlaw flaming altogether, unlike what HWZ had done.

  As a forum member who has been part of this group for a long time, I take some offence at having to "agree" to this, with what seems like a gun being held to my head. Being one who does not flame people or post uneducated views, or promote theft, I would like t state that I will not agree to these rules, on the grounds that it is not going to be enforced anyway, and merely a way of the moderators to attempt to take control of the situation too late.

No disrespect to you, no one is bigger then this forum.Troublemakers are part and parcel of a forum, so if you decide this forum is not good enough for you, you can leave anytime you wish.The forum will still be open with or without you.
