Personally, i do not feel that By merging both services is a very good idea.. take 83's case for example.. if you merge 83 and 159/119 together, you are only trying to mess things up.. Different Services have Different travel patterns / Demand at different times of the day.. currently, the route of 83 is JUst Nice...
