For lost & found cards, if the owner reported the card lost, the card will be cancelled & whoever tries to use the card will be found out almost immediately --- the scanner will show SEE DRIVER (as if anyone is stupid enough to do it) & give the error beeps while the IDFC display will blank out & show only 3 words BLACKLISTED C.S.C. CARD.
