Some time when I take 82/119 to school in the morning the bus would be every crowded. Those Volvo Mk2, Mk3 Mk4 the standing spaces so small and only can stand one side because of the student big bags. If BC want us to form two rows like that difficult to get off the bus even not two rows also. Students need to move here and there to let others alight and what so ever. It is quite troublesome. The seats too difficult to get off for me, as I carry big and small bags and may accidentally hit on others. If those people carry a lot of barang barang on board those buses it will be difficult for them to put their things and end up may use up the whole seat and others cannot sit. I hope that SBST can use the Nissian Diesel Buses(if can) on the school buses eg Sv 82, 119 and so on as the standing space is quite wide The legroom of the seat also quite ok.Originally posted by Donavan:[quote]Originally posted by muziq bus:

nope...i disagree...i take DAF all the time on 985...
da legroom is almost da same as o4o5
Striders worst...especially when crowded, no space to get out from the seat
I agree with you totally. Striders are a pain on Service 99 or any other packed Strider. Cannot come out of seat is the first problem. In fact the lack of legroom for most is the 2nd problem. I would even prefer a MK III to Strider sometimes.
I can't help but to disagree more.Originally posted by SBS1908B:I've only taken DAFs twice when they cameoed on 911 in 1996 or 97, and I must say the leg-room is small at the back.
I know the strider's seat after exit is the most roomy.Originally posted by muziq bus:I can't help but to disagree more.
after you posted this comment, i've been takin DAFs on 985 and 975 to check. The legroom for the current DAF are quite wide.
At the back, there is even more space for one to stretch out their legs.
Since u mentioned that u've only taken it twice, i dun feel that your comments are reliable.
i'll have u noe dat da legrooms is big enough
and its wide at the back...but i found only one seat with a legroom so small as the STRIDER...
its near the back door
