Why is the OMV for 3616 more than that of 3591 & 3593? Weren't all the CRBs registered at the same time?

the extra OMV most probably lies in extra shipping charges required for that batch of buses during importing, and additional minor bodywork fittings or chassis components.
if you tried to read too much into OMV, you'll realise there is no fixed trend, and since the difference is small compared to the actual price, there isn't really a cause for concern. -

3612R really is not around anymore. if it were still around and running on revenue service, SBST will be in deep trouble. -
3612R has been listed as scrapped/missing since april 2004 or even much earlier. i really don't understand how you got the picture. if the authorities saw the real thing SBST will have a lot of explanation to do, like whether they had modified the rego or something. but no, i've officially checked, there is no bus of the rego 3612R.
in fact, since it's rather blur, i'd rather believe it's 3615H or 3619Y. -

SBS3616E is inside AMDEP, parked just beside SBS3572Y. Can see from the road, near the driving centre. However, i noticed the front cover (with the scania logo) were removed.
